The 3rd International Humanities–Society–Identity Congress: Diversity in Equality is hosted by the Faculty of Modern Languages, University of Warsaw in its seat at Dobra Street 55 in Warsaw.

The seat of the Faculty is the most modern and innovative university building in the close proximity to the main campus and the University Library. It is perfectly located with an easy access to the city centre. The place can be reached by an underground or a bus both from the Chopin airport and the central railway station.

VENUE

The Congress is hosted by the Faculty of Modern Languages, University of Warsaw in its seat at 55 Dobra Street in Warsaw. The building is located in the proximity to the University Library.

TRAVELLING 

To the city center:

From Chopin airport:

by taxi: At the Arrivals exit there is a taxi rank. The taxi fare to the city center is approximately 50 PLN (15 EUR) during the day; after 10 pm you will be charged an extra amount of 20 PLN (5 EUR). The taxi ride is about 30-35 minutes.

If you wish to take a taxi from the airport, we believe the best choice is ECO CAR +48 123456789, the taxis at the airport can be a bit predatory so it is better to order one via phone.

by bus: The airport is served by the public bus service. The route takes approximately 40-45 minutes and tickets cost 4.4 PLN (app. 1 EUR). You can buy the tickets on the bus. The bus station is located just outside the Arrivals hall – just follow the directions which are on the floor.

Take the 175 bus to the Centrum (Center) or Rondo De Gaulle’a stop.

From Modlin airport (39 km from the city center):

There are two possible ways to get to Warsaw:

by train: please visit the Modlin Airport website for details: https://en.modlinairport.pl/page/train (in English). Ticket costs 22 PLN (aprox. 5 EUR). Be aware that you will need to take a shuttle bus from the Modlin airport to the Modlin train station (you can consult the timetable HERE).

by bus: please visit the Modlin Airport website for details: https://en.modlinairport.pl/page/bus (in English). The carriers offering direct connection to Warsaw city center are CONTBUS and FLIXBUS.

To the Congress venue:

The faculty building is located in the center of Warsaw, within walking distance (5-15 min.) from many hotels located in the old part of the city.
